Why I miss my friend......
This week has been hard for me without Marcie here. These are my reasons why.
1. My ipod is BORING to walk with and it does not keep me motivated to walk everyday. (I have already skipped more than I have gone.)
2. I had to invite my husband to my breakfast club. (or it would have been just me and 1 person does not qualify as a "club") His conversation is not as fun.
3. I have no one to call and say, "OMG.....guess what!?" when I find out big news. (Even if the big news is only which parent walked out of the PTC meeting this time.)
4.When I drop the kids off or pick them up (from school), I have no one to talk to. (We do, however, get home earlier.)
5. I have no one to ask, "What are you doing for dinner?" (And the conversation goes....."I don't know what are you doing for dinner?"......"I don't know, food doesn't sound good right now."......"What sounds good to you?") Although, I think we both come up with something by 4 or 5 ish.
6. I have nothing to bribe my kids with........"Keep your room clean and get your homework done or the Bushlings can't come over to play."
The list could go on for awhile..... but I'm sure you all have better things to do! Hurry home Bushling fam!

Our Crazy Life
Growing up as an only child for the first 11 years of my life, I vowed that I would never do that to a child of my own. I wanted a bigger family so my children would have siblings to play with, fight with, laugh with and love. I would have liked 4 or 5 kids so needless to say, I was pretty bummed when after my third, the doctor recommended me not have any more kids because of medical reasons. Now I can see that God may have been sparing me my sanity..............
MONDAY
Tanessa-soccer 6-7:30pm
Ali-soccer 4:30-6pm (I am her coach)
TUESDAY
Tanessa-after school year book meeting (every other Tues.), youth group 6:30-8pm
Ali-advanced ballet 5:45-7pm
WEDNESDAY
Tanessa-soccer 6-7:30pm
Ali-soccer 4:30-6pm, youth group 6-7:30pm
Spencer-soccer 4:30-5:30, youth group 6-7:30
THURSDAY
Ali-ballet/jazz 4-6pm
Me-Bible study 6-8pm
FRIDAY
Ali-tap 5-5:30
SATURDAY
Everyone has soccer games and Tanessa is a youth ref so we are at the field anywhere from 7:30am to 1:30pm, sometimes the whole time. And of course Saturdays are birthday party days, too. Seems like there is always something going on after soccer!
SUNDAY
Church day. I teach Sunday School for the first service so we are there from 9am to 1pm.
Looking at our crazy schedule, not even counting school, homework, and PTC meetings, I think God knew what he was doing the whole time! Though I love my busy schedule (even though I complain sometimes, I wouldn't change a thing), I can't imaginge adding another child complete with activities to the craziness. 3 isn't such a bad number.......
